Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the customer, a fine of 20% of the total value of the service will be applied, provided that the service has not yet been provided.
In case of cancellation by the company, a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled service will be made.
The company is not responsible for cancellations caused by weather or natural conditions, such as rain, earthquakes and other phenomena beyond our control.
Delivery times
Services will be provided on the date previously scheduled with the client.
In case of change of dates, a fee of 20% of the service value may be applied.

Payment period
• Guiding services:
20% of the amount is paid at the time of booking to guarantee the guide's reservation.
The remaining 80% must be paid one day before the tour.

Payment must be made in full at the time of contracting.
Price
Service prices are defined together with the client, in a transparent manner, considering that each trip is exclusive and personalized.
The final price may vary depending on the complexity, duration and specific demands of each itinerary.
